Order Processing and Dispatch:

All jewellery orders will be processed and dispatched within 2 business day of order receipt. Customers will receive an order confirmation, shipping and tracking number for each delivery.

Free Shipping:

Customers who spend over $180 will receive free standard shipping anywhere in Australia at checkout.

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping can be selected at the checkout for $14.95 for orders within Australia. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping can be selected at the checkout for $19.95 for orders within Australia. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Delivery Estimates:

Australia Post Standard – 3 – 6+ Business Days Australia Post Express – 1-3+ Business Days Delivery estimates for WA, NT and rural areas will take additional time.

All international deliveries are sent via express couriers, and delivery time will vary depending on your region. Please allow 10-20 business days for worldwide delivery. For international deliveries, extra duties/tax fees may apply depending on the country of destination, and these costs will be at the expense of the customer. Any issues processing international orders will be responded to within 1 business day. All customers will receive confirmation of shipping and tracking details via email.

Refunds:

LadyBoss Jewellery has a 60 day money back guarantee on tarnish of product.

Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
